HR Generalist (US Remote)

About the Role
Acting as the main point-of-contact for US employee inquiries and escalating issues to the appropriate resources when necessaryRecording global employee changes - new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. - in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systemsImplementing new HR workflows, system integrations, and policy updatesWorking with outside counsel to file US immigration petitionsAddressing requests for and from our US benefits broker and providersFulfilling statutory reporting requirements (EEO-1, SOC2, SFHCO)Managing leaves of absence - from communicating eligibility requirements and obligations to tracking dates to calculating paid leave adjustmentsWorking with Accounting to manage vendor invoices and billing reconciliation from insurance carriers and other HR vendorsFulfilling requests for employee data reportingLeading benefits & payroll orientation meetings for US new hiresMaintaining confidential company and employee e-files and reports, ensuring accuracy and complianceAssisting the larger People Team with various projects and initiatives as needed
About You
Minimum 4 years of HR experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailImplement/configure an HRIS (experience with any HRIS is great, but ADP experience is highly preferred)Ability to handle and maintain a high-level of confidentialityComfortable working for a remote manager (manager is based in San Francisco)“Customer First” mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompetency in G Suite by GoogleBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
