As an Integrations Consultant, you are a key part of Hearsay's Professional Services organization. You will be designing and leading the build out of solutions around the Hearsay eco-system leveraging various cloud and integration technologies. About the Role:
Collaborate with clients (Business and IT) to define and document Integration Solution Requirements and Specification, including business flows, data transformation rules and other non-functional requirements.Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of various client systems (e.g. CRM, Datawarehouse, SSO etc.) quickly and efficiently.Design and document integration solutions between Hearsay and related systems within client organizations leveraging low-code technologies (e.g.tray.io) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).Ability to independently develop simple integrations leveraging low-code technologies (e.g.tray.io) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).Work with development teams across multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of timeTroubleshooting integration issues with a focus on root cause analysis and ability to prescribe solutions to make integrations more robust in the long-term.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts; as the technical voice of authorityMaintain technical knowledge and product expertise in all aspects of the Hearsay platform and productsWork effectively across various go-to-market and product teams at Hearsay, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management
BA/BS degree, 3+ years relevant work experience in client-facing, consultative roles focusing on systems integrationHands-on Experience designing and deploying integration solutions around enterprise SaaS products with a strong process orientationSolid grasp of basic integration concepts such as RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Message queues etc.General understanding of various cloud services offered by an enterprise cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure). Hands-on experience configuring basic services preferred.Experience integrating with one or more of the following enterprise system categories: CRM Systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), Data Warehousing systems (Google Data Stack, AWS Data stack), Mobile Technologies (BlackBerry, Mobile Iron, InTune), Archive & retention systems (GlobalRelay, Proofpoint, ZL/Vantage), Single Sign-on (Okta, Microsoft, IAS)Exposure to application development using No-Code, Low-Code platforms. Bonus points for experience using one or more scripting languages like Python, PHP etc.Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: (Technology certifications including but not limited to AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platforms)
