Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a talented candidate to fill our Senior FP&A Analyst role on the Corporate Finance team. This is a highly visible role that has a tremendous impact on our business at both the department and corporate level. The person in this role will have a great opportunity to learn in a fast growing SaaS business environment, interact closely with the company leaders, and inform vital business decisions. What you'll do:

  • Lead the monthly Close and forecasting process 
  • Analyze business results including monthly and quarterly budget vs actuals reports and proactively apply those learnings to forecasting revenue, cash and spending
  • Support day to day finance tasks for the company including spend approvals and managing headcount
  • Own and maintain the FP&A system (Adaptive Insights) and the corporate financial model for all parts of the financial statement: profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Build reports for department heads on budget variances and provide insights based on trends in the data and the business context
  • Prepare reporting / slides for management and for board meetings
  • Calculate and report KPIs based on the company’s financial performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A role 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a drive to develop an understanding of the overall business
  • Deeply understand how to interpret financial results and provide thoughtful analyses that will help drive strategic decisions throughout the company
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill data into concise takeaways for reporting to business leaders and management/company board
  • Experience within fintech or at a SaaS company is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and Netsuite is a plus
