Hearsay Systems is looking for a Program Director for our Sites product.

Our Hearsay Sites product is used to build a network of individual advisor/agent websites under a corporate umbrella. To be able to effectively sell the Sites solution and ensure customer success requires a broad understanding of several aspects of a sites program - from site information architecture and user experience to Search Engine Optimization and creative design. Partnering closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams, the Program Director will help align the value proposition and capabilities of the product with clients’ business objectives. In addition, the Program Director will be responsible for guiding our customers in managing their Sites program from both a strategic and tactical perspective while ensuring they realize the full potential of the platform. About the Role

  • Own the sales pipeline for the Sites product jointly with individual Account Executives and manage the various opportunities as part of a program helping drive them towards a successful close.
  • Work directly with clients as the subject matter expert consulting on the ideation, roll out and ongoing optimization of successful sites programs.
  • Serve as a business solutions architect in partnership with our Professional Services and Solutions Consulting teams helping customers achieve their optimal user experience, creative design and functional needs within the framework of our Sites product.
  • Facilitate key trade-off decisions around achieving certain design objectives vs. total cost of ownership and ease of maintenance of sites programs.
  • Partner with Professional Services to ensure both the initial build-out and ongoing maintenance factor in all aspects of scope required for a successful sites program.
  • Strong partnership with the Product Management and Engineering teams in serving as a key channel of customer input driving the evolution of the product.
  • Deliver product roadmap communications within the context of a customer's sites program.
  • Consult with clients on establishing program roadmaps that are aligned with Sites product roadmap
  • About You

  • 12+ years experience in senior consulting roles (Business Solutions Architect, Program Director, Consulting Sales etc.) in the interactive design space working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience could be with in-house digital marketing organizations at large enterprises or with leading interactive agencies.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software+services sales cycles and ability to partner with Sales to navigate the sameDeep understanding of web design and development life-cycle from persona development and user experience design through build and deployment.
  • General understanding of the web CMS space and one or more leading vendor platforms like Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe, Sitecore etc.
  • Solid grasp of the website eco-system including web analytics, SEO that are essential parts of a sites program.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders of varying degrees of knowledge and proficiency in this space.
  • Experience in the financial services space would be ideal but not essential.
