Hearsay Leadership Expands with New VP of Product and VP of Business Development

We’re excited to announce that Gaurav Agarwal and Bill Rusitzky have joined our executive leadership team. Gaurav, who previously led product management for Splunk’s flagship machine data products, heads our growing product team as VP of product. Bill, formerly global VP of strategic alliances at Adobe, is responsible for strategic alliances as our VP of business development.
Both appointments reinforce our commitment to the Advisor Cloud vision and our mission to be the critical engagement system that financial services professionals rely on to attract prospects, retain customers and grow their business.
Prior to Hearsay and Splunk, Gaurav helped build GoodData’s SaaS analytics platform as VP of product. He has also held product and engineering leadership positions at Microsoft and Teradata. Gaurav earned his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, his graduate degree in computer science from the University of Southern California, and holds multiple patents.
Bill has more than 20 years of experience in operational management and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of supporting cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic plan growth, innovation, sales process and revenue growth. In addition to Adobe, his previous roles include senior VP of business development at Informatica and chief revenue officer at THX. Bill holds a graduate degree in engineering and an M.B.A., both from Cornell University.
