Speaking at Barron’s Top Advisors Summit Sept. 21-23

barrons-top-advisors-summit-clara-shihEach year since 2004, Barron’s has recognized America’s very best financial advisors for setting the bar high and delivering excellent service and financial returns to their clients. I’m thrilled to be joining this year’s top advisors at the Barron’s Top Advisors Summit later this month in Palm Beach, Fla.
From Morgan Stanley, UBS, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Merrill Lynch to Ameriprise, Edward Jones, and Raymond James, I look forward to celebrating these advisors setting the bar for the profession, and am proud that many of them are Hearsay users, including Randy Carver of Carver Financial Services and Raymond James Registered Principal. Major themes in the conference include leadership, philanthropy, succession planning, and exceeding client expectations amidst a volatile market and political landscape, seismic shifts in client behaviors due to the rise of social media, mobile, and digital, and increasing uncertainty.
My keynote, “The Age of the Trusted, Omnichannel Advisor” (Friday, Sept. 23, 9-9:50am in the Venetian Ballroom), will answer these three critical areas that every firm and advisor should be asking:

  • The new client journey, from acquisition to retention, loyalty, and beyond
  • Nuances for the ultra-high net worth segment
  • How human advisors can leverage predictive data to thrive amidst roboadvisors, low interest rates, and DOL

I look forward to joining leaders both within and beyond the financial industry to honor these top advisors.
