Introducing Hearsay 360 – Unlocking Every Advisor on Every Channel

Update: Hearsay 360 is now Advisor Cloud
Today’s consumer is constantly connected, often simultaneously on multiple devices. Needless to say, this has been transformational for the financial services customer journey. Though even millennial and Gen Z clients often prefer a human advisor they can call on the phone and meet face-to-face, their journey increasingly starts and intersects with a variety of digital channels: social feeds, social messaging, mobile search, mobile sites, text messaging, and email.
Yet firms and advisors are simply not present on many of these digital channels. The financial industry has been left behind. We believe there are two reasons for this.  For one, at many firms, social media and texting are simply forbidden. Advisors are told it is a compliance breach to text a client, even when the client has texted them first. Or they’re required to carry two phones.
Second, advisors feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of digital marketing programs being offered to them by well-intentioned home office teams. Even digitally savvy advisors simply do not have time to actively engage with multiple separate digital programs and systems.
For years, many of you have asked our team to address these outdated, siloed, or uncompliant programs. Today I’m thrilled to unveil Hearsay 360 to unlock every advisor on every channel – complete, easy, compliant. Hearsay 360 gives advisors ONE place to go to manage all of their activities across social, mobile, web, email, and text, with the peace of mind that everything is compliant.

With a couple of clicks, an advisor can reach all of her clients to, say, to let them know how Brexit affects their investment portfolio, and access a holistic view of clients’ behaviors – who has visited the advisor’s website today, what content did they engage with, who clicked on which emails that were sent, and who tweeted that they are changing jobs.

But what’s truly game-changing is how Hearsay 360 then takes the data from each interaction, connects the dots, and delivers suggested “next best actions” for advisors so they know exactly which client to reach out to, when to reach out, what to say, and through which channel preferred by the client. Hearsay 360 breaks down previously siloed data sets by easily integrating with a firm’s existing CRM systems and compliance archives, providing a truly holistic picture of the client or prospect.
There isn’t a financial services CEO or management team today that isn’t focused on the enormous and critically important opportunity to modernize financial services field organizations. Partnering with leaders such as Timothy Scheve, CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott, we are thrilled that top financial services firms around the world trust us to enable their distribution organizations to win with clients in the social, mobile era.
