Screen Shot 2015-08-17 at 9.38.04 AMWe’re honored to welcome Signator Investors Inc., part of the John Hancock Financial Network, to the Hearsay Social family. Signator advisors can now take advantage of Hearsay Social’s single-sign-on dashboard, robust content library and predictive data to efficiently connect with customers on social media, and develop those meaningful, one-to-one relationships that are essential in the world of financial services.
A broker dealer serving more than 1,500 financial professionals in more than 350 branch offices across the country (collectively known as the John Hancock Financial Network), Signator provides a comprehensive range of investment and protection products from leading carriers. The company also offers a wealth of resources and professional development to give entrepreneurial financial professionals the power to build unique businesses based on their own vision and market opportunity.
“There’s no question social media is growing in importance to advisors both for client communication and business purposes,” said Matthew Rigatti, head of sales and field resources at Signator Investors, Inc., in a press statement. “With this update, we are offering a robust program available to all our advisors, as well as additional functionality for advanced users.”
Signator advisors can access the Hearsay Social platform on both their desktop computers and mobile devices, making it easier than ever to manage their social media presences and communicate with customers wherever they are. With Hearsay Social’s predictive content library, they can share the right information at the right time; pre-approved news stories, blog posts, whitepapers, videos and images are added to the library weekly along with recommended posting times for each piece of content. Data-driven client signals alert Signator advisors when people in their networks experience something significant, such as a birthday, job change or marriage; by surfacing these potential money-in-motion life events above the social media noise, advisors can reach out quickly with the appropriate message.
Along with the launch, Signator is providing expanded training guides and marketing resources for its advisors, arming them with the latest social media knowledge and best practices that they can apply to their own efforts.
