New Universal Supervision Experience Streamlines Compliance Workflow

We are excited to announce today the new universal supervision experience available to compliance and supervision users of our Predictive Social Suite. The universal supervision experience is a contextual review interface that makes the process of monitoring and reviewing advisor social media and website content significantly more efficient.
We built the new universal supervision experience after observing the daily review processes that supervision professionals go through in order to ensure their organizations are compliant. The patterns we observed presented an opportunity for us to optimize their experience by bringing more relevant information and controls into a single central view.
The new universal supervision experience provides more context around an individual whose activity or content is under review and offers multiple views around alerts, profiles and pre-approvals. Our goal is to continually make compliance an easier and more scalable process for our customers, so we invested heavily in refining the user experience to best streamline daily activities.
In addition to bringing more information into a unified experience, the new capabilities allow users to build custom saved views so that every time they return to the Hearsay Social application, they have the most relevant information at their fingertips. The system is intelligent enough to understand each supervision professional’s roles and permissions and show them only activities assigned to them.
Most of our customers are already using this new unified supervision experience and we are ecstatic to hear that it is already saving them time. More efficient reviews and approvals have the added benefit of enabling advisors to be more active on social media in real time, resulting in even more customer engagement.
